Open cast mining operations at Ngezi South Pit. Consistently achieved production targets while adhering to Zimplats BMS systems and maintaining very high safety standards throughout.

Earthworks and civils works for the Zimplats Smelter Expansion, SO2 Abatement project, and Base Metal Refinery Refurbishment. Completed with a perfect safety record across all internal and external audits.

Full open pit mining operation including site establishment, mobile equipment workshop, site clearing, topsoil stripping, bench preparation, drill and blast, load and haul, pit dewatering, and production survey services.

Open pit mining for ore supply to the Zulu Lithium processing plant, forming part of a complete mine development package awarded to JRG covering multiple disciplines across the project.

Design and construction of a large process water storage dam to supply the Zulu Lithium processing plant. Part of the complete mine infrastructure package awarded to JRG.

Full road network construction from the main Bulawayo Road to the Zulu Lithium Mine, plus all roads around the mine site and surrounding villages.

Post-disaster restoration works from Wengezi Junction to Skyline Junction in Chimanimani: bridge reconstruction with layerworks and surfacing, abutment repairs, embankment protection, masonry slope protection, stone pitched drains, and gabion wing walls.

Roads, stormwater drainage, water and sewer reticulation for the CBZ Nehosho Housing Development. Completed on time, to specifications and within budget.

Roads, stormwater drainage, water and sewer reticulation for the CBZ Mbizo 21 housing development. Completed to specification and within budget.

Roads, stormwater drains and sewer reticulation for the Budiriro Housing development in Harare. Completed within the contracted programme.

Road construction and temporary sewage treatment works for the Stoneridge Housing development. Delivered within the contracted programme.

Roads and stormwater construction for the Nkulumane and Pumula South housing projects in Bulawayo — part of a long-running relationship spanning 12 years across more than 10 contracts.

Construction of 17 new buildings including a pharmacy, integrated hospital healthcare unit, renal unit, rooms for 16 doctors with ablutions, and ancillary facilities. Full design support and continuous onsite supervision provided throughout.

Full pastoral centre complex including two 230 m² conference rooms, kitchen and dining, laundry, two 1,100 m² accommodation blocks with ensuite rooms, and executive accommodation units. Currently in progress.

Civil works and building construction for three industrial facilities at the Pump & Steel complex in Bulawayo: Merchanting Division Warehouse, Mining Products Factory, and Engineering & Fabrication Workshops.
